Linda Magnavita is the Founder and Creative Director of Little Black House, a nationally operating multi-family and hospitality interior design studio known for creating immersive, high-performance environments. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Arcadia University and 26 years of industry experience, Linda has established herself as a trusted design leader for developers and property management groups across the country. Her expertise spans luxury residential communities, hospitality-inspired amenity spaces, boutique hotel interiors, and large-scale multifamily repositioning projects. Having partnered with nationally recognized firms such as Bozzuto and Greystar, Linda brings both creative vision and strategic clarity to every project - balancing elevated aesthetics with commercial durability and long-term asset value. Linda’s design philosophy is rooted in intention. She believes exceptional interiors are layered, experiential, and deeply functional - spaces that not only look refined, but shape how people gather, live, and connect.
