Mariner Bay, Situated in the heart of historic Annapolis, this multifamily renovation repositioned an existing apartment community to better compete within its market. Little Black House led a strategic refresh of key amenity spaces, blending contemporary detailing with the property’s established architectural character to create a cohesive, market-relevant environment.
